Meet the youngest sarpanch of Ichhewal village in Patiala, Advocate Baljinder Singh. Sharing his views on the rights of Gram Panchayat and Gram Sabha during our show 'Jago Punjab' with Jagtar Singh Bhullar, he said that Gram Sabha, which is also considered as the mini Parliament of a village, is more powerful than the Gram Panchayat. Baljinder Singh became sarpanch in the age of 28 years and is practicing in the Punjab & Haryana High Court Chandigarh .
